How we score each table
Every restaurant in the guide is visited in person. We score the full experience, not just the plate in front of us, using eight weighted criteria. The weights reflect how much each dimension shapes a memorable night out; together they inform the overall score you see on each listing.
Higher weights mean that criterion carries more influence on the final assessment. The numbers are editorial constants across the guide so comparisons stay consistent from one venue to the next.
